These terms cover use of ydcomposites.com, operated by Shenyang Youda Trading Import & Export Co., Ltd., trading as Youda Composite. The website presents G10, Micarta, carbon fiber materials, knife scales and custom composite machining services, primarily for business inquiries.

02. Product information and selection

Descriptions, photographs, color charts and specifications help you compare materials. Screen settings, lighting, material structure and production batches can affect the appearance of colors and patterns. Natural and layered textures may vary between pieces.

Before ordering, confirm the material grade, color reference, dimensions, tolerances, finish, quantities, application and performance requirements with us. Suitability for a specific application must be assessed against the agreed specification and, where needed, an approved sample or test.

03. Calculator results and quotations

Website calculator results and currency conversions are estimates for reference, not binding offers. Actual prices may depend on confirmed specifications, material availability, machining, packaging, freight, taxes and currency movements.

A final quotation, order confirmation, pro forma invoice or signed sales contract will state the commercial terms agreed for a particular order. Do not make payment based solely on a calculator result.

04. Orders, payment and delivery

Submitting an inquiry does not create a sales contract. Orders become binding in accordance with the acceptance process agreed in writing. Price, payment schedule, lead time, shipping terms, inspection requirements, warranty and claims arrangements are those stated in the applicable written order documents.

For custom work, production should follow the drawings, revision, tolerances and sample approvals confirmed by both parties. Discuss any change before production; changes can affect cost and timing. Cancellation or return arrangements for custom products must be agreed in writing, subject to applicable law.
